The keg runs out filling Norm's second drink and so the entire bar hums taps as Sam gets a new one. Sam tries to get them to stop as he takes the new one out but they don't and say "The Keg is dead! Long live the keg". Following this they hum "Hail to the Chief" as Sam wheels it back over but Norm starts to cry from the emotions and Cliff comforts him.
