- The title is a reference to the song from the Lerner and Loewe musical "Camelot" originally sung by Robert Goulet. "Camelot" was originally performed on Broadway, opened at the Majestic Theater in New York on Dec. 3, 1960 and ran for 873 performances.
- Nick offers to take Carla out to White Castle. There has never been a White Castle restaurant in Boston, Massachusetts.
